2. What we process, why, and on what legal basis

Personal data is processed only in the situations below. The site has no user accounts, no file uploads and no advertising/remarketing technology.

a) Quote request form

Where: The form on the Get a Quote page (Turkish version: Teklif Al)
Data: Identity: full name · Contact: phone, email (optional) · Request: the service you select and what you write in the message field. Please don't include personal data beyond your request — especially special categories such as health data.
How collected: Electronically, when you submit the form
Purpose: To receive your quote request and contact you about a site visit, measurements and pricing
Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-(c): the quote you request is directly related to a potential service contract, which requires processing your contact details.
Transfer: The form goes to a server function running on Cloudflare, where the site is hosted. The function does not store the data; it turns it into an email sent via the Resend email service to [email protected], whose mailbox is provided by Google (Google Workspace). If the form can't be sent, your device's email app opens with your details filled in, and the message is sent through your own email provider.
Retention: Requests are kept only in the mailbox; they are not stored in a separate database. If the quote does not lead to work, the request is deleted 6 months after it was sent. If it does, it is kept for the duration of the business relationship and any applicable legal retention obligations.

b) Contact by phone, email, WhatsApp or Instagram

Data: Your phone number or email address, your name and whatever you send us
How collected: When you start the conversation using the phone, email, WhatsApp or Instagram links. These links only open the relevant app; the site itself sends nothing to these channels.
Purpose: To answer your question and handle the quote and site-visit process
Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-(c): communication directly related to a potential service contract
Transfer: WhatsApp and Instagram are Meta Platforms services; when you write to us there, your data is also processed under Meta's own terms. Email is handled by Google (Google Workspace).

c) Technical data when you connect to the site

Data: IP address, browser and device information, page visited, date and time
How collected: Automatically, on every connection
Purpose: Delivering the site, keeping it secure, preventing abuse; cookie-free visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-(f): legitimate interest in operating and securing the site
Transfer: The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes this data. The site keeps no server logs of its own.

d) Analytics cookies — only with your consent

Services: Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft)
Data: Cookie ID, device and browser information, approximate location, pages visited and on-page interactions (in Clarity: clicks, scrolling and session recording)
Purpose: Understanding how the site is used and improving it
Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/1: your explicit consent. Unless you click "Accept" in the cookie banner these services are never loaded. You can withdraw consent anytime via "Cookie Preferences" at the bottom of every page. Details: Cookie Policy
Retention: Google Analytics: detailed visit data is kept for 2 months; aggregated reports (e.g. monthly visit counts) are kept by Google independently of this period. Microsoft Clarity: session recordings are kept for 30 days; favorited recordings and a random sample selected by Clarity are kept for up to 9 months.

e) Google Maps on the contact page

How it works: The map loads only when you click "Show Map" on the contact page; otherwise no request is sent to Google.
Data: When loaded, Google processes your IP address and browser information and may set cookies.
Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/1: your choice to load the map after reading the notice next to the button (explicit consent)

3. Transfers abroad

The providers named above (Cloudflare, Resend, Google, Microsoft, Meta) are based outside Turkey and their servers may be located abroad, so your personal data may be transferred abroad.

For analytics cookies and Google Maps, transfers happen only with the explicit consent described above.
For the quote form, email and hosting, data is transferred only to these providers, to deliver the site (Cloudflare), send the form email (Resend) and host the mailbox (Google).

4. Keeping your data secure

Technical measures in place on the site:

All connections to the site are encrypted with HTTPS, and browsers are instructed to use encrypted connections only.
Quote form data is not stored in a database or logged on the server; it is only delivered as an email.
The form can only be submitted from this site; field lengths are limited and there is protection against automated (bot) submissions.
Analytics services are not loaded without your consent; when you withdraw consent, their cookies are deleted.

5. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it;
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred;
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
To request erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7;
To request that corrections, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to;
To object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis;
To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

6. How to apply

By signed letter delivered in person or by post to the address above;
Through a notary public to the address above;
By email to [email protected] from an email address you have previously given us and that is in our records;
With a secure electronic signature, mobile signature or registered electronic mail (KEP).

Please include your full name, Turkish ID number (for foreigners: nationality and passport/ID number), postal address, email or phone if available, and the subject of your request. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest and free of charge as a rule; if the process involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may apply.
